At Arcata Animal Hospital, we know how frightening a pet emergency can be. We’re here for you – we are here to provide immediate care and support for you and your pet. If your pet is in need of emergency veterinary care during our office hours, please contact us immediately at 707-822-2402 so we may prepare for your arrival.

If you have an emergency when we are closed, please call 707-672-6505. After-hours emergency care is currently shared by all of the hospitals in our area on a rotating basis. Calling the emergency number above or following the prompts on our after-hours messaging system will direct you to the appropriate facility.
